Both I consider to be some of Kubrick's underrated, but Lolita I loved on first viewing.

Ya I agree, Lolita is a lot more fun to watch and at the same time masterfully directed and acted.

Both are very good, but not great. I'll take Eyes Wide Shut.

I thought Eyes Wide Shut would be slow but it flew by. The scene in the house with the music and everyone standing in a circle was incredible. I also really liked how everything kept getting so surreal for Cruise's character. It's a great film. Lolita on the other hand was a bit slow, still good but it doesn't stand out next to Kubrick's other work.

Two under appreciated Kubrick films. Both master sexual tension on screen with an underlying disaster looming in the background. Lolita wins on aesthetics and executing its story more smoothly.
