"Sphere" might be the best S L Jackson. MI2 is the worst from the saga.

Sphere sucks, which is painful for me to admit because, well, look a that frikkin' CAST! Anyway, M:i-2 is the weakest of its franchise, but it's still good, brainless fun.

I liked Sphere a lot more than MI2. A bit of mystery while MI2 was just random.
