Fuck, I don't know. Collateral Damage was boring for an Arnold movie. But then again, it WAS towards the tail-end of his acting career, when he was doing shit like End of Days. China Strike Force is boring as hell when there's no action and Coolio comes off like a moron (which was the point, but still). Hong Kong, do me a favor - next time you decide to import Mark Dacascos, make the guy your lead and let him and Ken Lo go at it FURREAL. I'll give it to CSF, 'cause at least there's some decent action there.
