Great matchup. I think Stray Dog is a bit more thought-provoking.

the denouement of Stray Dog strikes me as a little weak compared to everything that comes before, and for that reason I'm giving Throne of Blood the win—for now. it's awfully close though. my two favorite Kurosawas so far.
