Difficult to choose. They're both the third and weakest films of their respective trilogies. They both also have scenes at the end which bring back memories of greatness: the opera scene in Godfather pt. III and the scenes with Luke and Vader in Return of the Jedi. I'll go with Jedi for the memories, it was my favorite when I was younger.

The Godfather Part III is indeed the weakest of its trilogy, but Return of the Jedi is actually my favorite of its trilogy. The Jedi win.
