Body Double was the movie that began my (imaginary) love affair with 80s Melanie Griffith. It was either ...And God Created Woman or Contempt that turned me on to Bardot. 80s Griffith is a stellar example of womanhood, but she is at a disadvantage because her style is very 80s in Body Double. Bardot has a much more natural look in ...And God Created Woman. However, Body Double is more entertaining overall as a movie. The "Relax" part of Body Double still fascinates me. And Melanie Griffith's dance moves are a little less chaotic than Bardot's. So there you have it.
