I'LL GO WITH SHAUN HERE, BUT PTA IS STILL A FANTASTIC COMEDY WITH HEART. SHAUN JUST MEANS MORE TO ME.

GRRRK! Two of my favorite comedies. Shaun of the Dead in infinitely quotable and has great dramatic moments, funny moments, tense moments, zombie refs, the works. While Planes, Trains and Automobiles isn't quite as consistently memorable, their moments shine even brighter, particularly "YOU'RE GOING THE WRONG WAY!" I'll go with Shaun on this one.
