Louise Brooks. Goddess. These are her two 1929 films done with G. W. Pabst. Dark, erotic, kinked and twisted storylines with doomed characters. Diary of a Lost Girl has a more interesting narrative, but Pandora's Box is a much better film. The slow decline of decadence filmed with some beautiful cinematography. Pandora's Box wins.
