Close matchup. Both are great, but Black Panther is hampered by that somewhat sluggish first half. That's the difference maker on this one.

The espionage and politics in WS was surprisingly extremely entertaining. Far more interesting than the boring ass politics in BP. Winter Soldier's car chases tears Black Panther's to shreds. I'll take the classic hand-to-hand combat in Winter Soldier, over the cluttered awful CGI action in Black Panther.

I'm shocked to be the first to weigh in for BP. It is really close but the music and stunning visuals of Wakanda plus one of the best villains in the MCU tip the scales for me.
Winter Soldier.....
Winter Soldier may be the best MCU movie still. Looking back, Black Panther isn't even in the top 20 MCU movies. Seriously when you're not top 20 of 24, what's with all the hype?
