Out of all the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, I'd say only Marvel's The Avengers and Iron Man top Thor. It managed to get so much right when they could have so easily gone wrong. I may gain a higher opinion of Captain America: The Winter Soldier after I give it another viewing but, for now, I say it's a notch or two below Thor.

Interesting opinion. I love the spy genre so Winter Soldier gets my vote. Although Hemsworth is the best casted actor in the franchise behind Downie Jr. And Scar Jo.
