I've noticed that Jack Torrance is a pretty shit villain. Like Wile-E Coyote or some other Looney Tunes character. He only kills one guy in the entire film, and of course he's black. Plus his wife and son always get the upper hand on him. Still, though JP has nostalgia, the brilliance of the shining is mesmerizing and must win here.
