It's been about 16 years since I last saw ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN, whereas I just watched THIS CHARMING MAN about half an hour ago for the second time in three years so there's a distinct advantage of freshness. Still, my recollection of ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN is that I found it a bit stuffy and dry. Coming from a political wonk with a degree in history, that's a bit rough. The short film gets the nod.
