American Gangster is great very underrated but come on man got to go with Scorsese's best film here

American Gangster is a valiant effort by Ridley Scott to enter the Crime-Drama genre, but I prefer The Departed's unique view from the mole's perspective.

The Departed is more entertaining and in my opinion better as much than American Gangster but Frank Lucas stills good and that leave than american gangster be a brillant movie but my preference is The Departed

American Gangster is pretty good, but it clearly wants to be more epic than it really is. The Departed is at least a couple notches above.
