Crowe made A Beautiful Mind an amazing film. American Gangster is forgettable.

I took more effort to sit through American Gangster than it would normally take to sit through any movie. Beautiful Mind Hands down!!
All I can think to add is that Washinton (a fine and likeable actor mind you) robbed Crowe of his Osacar.
