I'll give Anarchy the edge because it didn't totally bore me the entire time, but neither really is worth watching.

The sequel gave me more of what I expected the first one to be, but it's still not enough for me to like the movie.

I don't really care for either, but the second movie was much better.
Anarchy was a lot better then the first on.

I thought the first movie was a little underrated, but the sequels were WAY better.

I had fun with both movies, but I would personally have to say that The Purge: Anarchy is the better film
