Too solid courtroom dramas, but edge to Marshall

A movie set in 1940, more that a decade before the start of the Civil Rights era, focused on a black dude working for/with the NAACP and literally about historical racism in a historically racist country is "race-baiting"? Damn. Flickcharters really are uniquely stupid.
