A lot of people will say Richard Kelly's best work was in Donnie Darko, I disagree. The Box was everything Donnie Darko and then some.

Donnie wins easy so many layers to that film I found the Box very underwhelming and poorly acted it cant compete with the cast or soundtrack or even visuals as Darko delivered in anyway.
The Box ended up being a bit of a mess by the end of it where Donnie Darko is more put together so it wins for me
