This is difficult, they were both really terrible.
I'll have to disagree. Two of my favorites from the 90's. Could be Sandler's best effort (not saying much, I know). But Dumb and Dumber literally knocked me out of my seat in laughter back in '94. Gotta go with that...

The Wedding Singer doesn't have many laugh-out-loud funny moments, but it's a very sweet movie (with a great soundtrack). That said, Dumb and Dumber is just so hilarious, I can't (and won't) pick against it.
