Neither film is amongst each respective director's best. No where near! "Torn Curtain" was especially boring at points but had a couple of mindblowing scenes that were so adrenaline filled, action packed, entertaining, unique, captivating and mindblowing. The two main scenes are the bus ride and the odd death of a character that occurs. "Only Angels Have Wings" could have been great, especially with its two leads but Cary Grant's character was terrible. Grant couldn't play his usual charm into the egotestical character he portrayed. Jean Arthur was the only saving grace of that film.
