Once again, I'm saddened that there are zero discussions for these two great, great movies. Obviously, after calling them great, I like each of them - it's hard to go wrong with Chaplin or a John Ford/John Wayne flick - but I prefer The Searchers.

Most everything in any era would lose to The Searchers. That's a fabulous film.
