The Searchers vs. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Fellowship must properly be considered both an epic and an important landmark in the history of filmmaking, two attributes commonly assigned to Searchers as well. Searchers has undoubtedly been more influential in more ways, but as a matter of personal preference I will choose Fellowship.
