I was honestly really surprised by how great Onward was!
Pixar at its most mediocre. They really went balls deep on the whole championing the socially-inept-embodiment-of-nothingness-finds-his-inner-champion thing, huh? I get it, it's the Disney way, but are we not yet past telling everyone that they're all special heroes in their own special little stories?

Neither of these are great nor are they bad, just middle of the road light entertainment, yet neither lack in emotion. I prefer Onward because by this stage I feel as though TS4 is an unwelcome member of its franchise while at least Onward is a new property.
