I love Frankenstein more each time I see it. But The Wizard of Oz is an institution of magic and I absolutely adore it.

As a friend of Dorothy myself, that might sound blasphemous, but isn't Judy Garland a little overrated? Of course, she's still pretty great, but I don't know. Perhaps, it was the bad taste that George Cukor's A Star Is Born left in my mouth, so I think I'll be rewatching Oz very soon. For now, picking Frankenstein. I'm a huge Boris Karloff fan, whom was certainly one of the greatest actors of the early sound film era. And this movie is just classic in every sense of the word. Of course, Oz is as well, but I'll always pick horror over fantasy, heh.
