Insidious has a good development over Simpkins character, but overall it's pretty stupid. The Hills Have Eyes remake is a guilty pleasure of mine. It wins.

I enjoy both a lot. The ending on Insidious is a bit dumb but the hour and a half before that Is awesome. It beats the great Hills have eyes.
