"It really galls me putting The Sound of Music before Juno, mostly because it means moving it ahead of Young Frankenstein in the process, but when I think of Young Frankenstein, I think of a Mel Brooks movie that while significant in comedy and film history, it just misses a few notes with me, which is largely the reason that Juno sits ahead of it, because for me, it was the little indie that could. That said, as much as Ellen Page is the manic pixie dream girl I needed in my life in 2007, in 2018, there is no one who can solve my problem like Maria. I think I'm also more impressed at my age by very small children who are capable of giving remarkable performances and Sound of Music does this in spades."
