"The battle of Lake Bell’s directorial efforts! In a World... is a fantastic debut of a movie that is a perfect female empowerment story set in a world that almost doesn’t exist anymore. Anchored by fantastically hilarious performances, it is a fantastic debut! Her sophomore effort I Do...Until I Don’t is a definite disappointment but unlike many others, I still thought this romantic comedy was filled with good performances that anchor this story about marriage crisis. Despite not being as good as In a World..., it is a better movie than it’s reputation would have you believe. In a World... still wins this matchup easily but both of her movies are absolutely worth checking out if just for Lake Bell’s direction and the performances she gets out of her actors."
