"Across the Hall is very effective at creating atmosphere. The shoddy production values and grainy filmstock (digital?) all work to make the seedy hotel look seedier. It's a shame that the writing didn't match the look. I'd hate Godfather Part III if it didn't befoul its worthy predecessors. BUt it does so I hate it."
