I downloaded a copy of the film, but its quality was far below par. I still haven't had any luck finding a good copy. It's a tough film to find! :)

Thanks a lot, so do you. :) I'm digging how high up you have The Wanderers. :)

The Robocop remake pales in comparison to the original. Generic characters, tame violence, uninteresting shot action, and lame jokes are all part of what makes up a mediocre movie. I will give an example of what I thought was shit. Robocop is scanning this guy, and up on the screen it tells him that he's 'totally stoned'. Is that supposed to be funny? Because I didn't find it so. Neither did anyone else. I also didn't like the black suit. Too slick. It looks like they're putting too much effort in.

Yeah, not only have I seen The Wanderers, I own it. It's a great movie, I agree. I'll have to check it out again one of these days.

Yeah, I love Dumb and Dumber. It used to be around 100 on my list, but I realised that I love it too much to have it that low. I can nearly remember every line from the movie off by heart, so that says something to me. Can't wait for the sequel. Hopefully they don't stuff it up. I don't think it will be better than the original, but I hope I at least don't hate it.

That would be Gravity, mate. I had such a great time watching it, that I went back the very next day. :D So bloody tense! My jaw was nearly on the ground at the visuals. I wish I could've seen it in Sydney. They've got the largest IMAX screen in the world. That would've been an experience. :)

It may be hard, but if you can find a cinema that's still showing it, I suggest you watch it there. I think the impact of the film may be lesser at home. I hope I'm wrong.

Oh yeah, I'm a big fan of The Conjuring myself. I loved that it didn't fall into the using Idaho cliché jump scares.

Big Vera Famiga fan, eh? :)

Do you know about the spin-off focusing on the doll?

No, I meant you should check out Gravity at the cinema (what Aussies call the theatre), and The Conjuring has a spin-off that has the doll from the movie as the focus.

Sorry for the confusion. It's funny, though. :D

Well, I watched Harvie Krumpet, mate. Bloody fantastic. For some silly reason, I thought it would be lighter in tone. I was pleasantly surprised with what I got.

I laughed, and was surprised by all the nudity. :D

It's a very bleak film, but it does have some uplifting messages in the film.

I gave it a 4/5 on Letterboxd. Thanks for the recommendation. :)

I'm sore!! I got hurt at work. My leg up to my hamstring went through a faulty floorboard. I have a very badly bruised hamstring, and knee. The worst thing was that the woman in charge said 'oh, I saw that last week' five times to me. She's bloody smart, eh?

Sorry to hear about your computer. It's good to hear from you. :)

Ok. Thanks for the recommendation. When I get a chance, I will watch it. :)

Hi, thanks for the request! Looking at your movies, I realised I watched Bad Teacher a while back but never ranked it! I didn't think it was a very good film.

Nice top 10! :) I really need to see Kill Bill soon. And I meant to see It's a Wonderful Life at Christmas, but was too busy! It will have to wait until this December.

Do you go to the movies much or do you prefer to watch films at home?

12 Years a Slave will win Best Picture. Not only because it's good, but it's thentype of movie they would pick.

Leo of Mccnaughey for bes actor. Can't judge because I haven't seen Dallas Buyers Club.

I would like to see Cate Blanchett win, but it may be Judi Dench.....or Streep. Just because the Oscars love them.

I hope Gravity wins best sound editing, visual effects, and score.

I also hope The Act of Killing wins best doco. Not only because it's AMAZING, but because it's the only one I've seen. :D

How about you?

I hadn't seen that trailer, just watched it. I get distracted by Seth McFarlane, because I watch a lot of Family Guy, and all I can think of is Brian when I hear him speak, haha. The deaths look very funny!
I just watched a trailer for a movie called 'Enemy' starring Jake Gyllenhaal. It's from the same guy who did Prisoners from last year, and looks just as twisty and tense!

No, Cat's Eye is not good. It's good for a laugh, but it's very silly. It's supposed to be an anthology horror film, but the stories are very weird, and tame. I mainly watched it so I could listen to the We Hate Movies podcast, who make fun of movies.

Gravity shouldn't be a maybe unless you've seen it before. It's amazing. :)

I'm watching Margaret at the moment. It was made in 2005, but didn't get a release until 2011. The films stars a very young looking Anna Paquin, and Matt Damon. Man, some scenes are very intense. It's going to get a very high score from me.

Ha! You made me laugh over the question 'are you a son of a bitch that doesn't cry'. :D

I'm man enough to admit to what I cried to. Plus it's a relevant question to what I just watched. Margaret made me cry. The accident is very intense. This movie called Dodsworth made me cry at the end, my cousin's play The Seed devastated me, um, I'm trying to think of more......oh yes Up at the start was a killer. I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of them at the moment. :)
