Me and my wife went to see this movie and it was in our opinion the best movie of the year. we recommend this to all people of the world. great acting, dramactic performances. very surpriseing ending, edge of your seat action. We loved it. Will surely buy at least 2 copies, once it comes out on Blu-ray/ Dvd.

Storytelling perfection. They didn't just add on a chapter to the saga, they gave a reason for everything that happened in the film. They got some great guys to write this thing, give them a round of applause.

Still underrated for me,despite all the very good commentary about it. It has SUCH a good plot, acting, action scenes,story-twisting n' breath-taking CGI/Artwork that i really don't know where to start. It's one of the best movies i ever watched, and if Andy Serkis doesn't deserved a Oscar nomination for this one,i don't know what else deserves.

This is year's best so far and Andy Serkis deserves at least some nominations in coming award seasons for 'portraying' the role of Caesar so brilliantly, IMO. The best thing is they have came with a simple but beautifully intact origin story of POTA & kept it like that way and that made the movie so amazing to follow & watch, I found nothing overdone or exaggerated in this movie, particularly in terms of story & character development, sfx action sequence etc. I'm very...very much looking forward to see the sequels in coming years.

I thought it was pretty cool! Effects were very good - especially when up close, less so in action scenes. Not much real story "meat" to it, but it was entertaining. Sequels could be even more interesting - especially if they decide to go with a really dark 2nd act.

An awesome movie whose current global ranking (barely in the top 1000) is waaay to low.
