Hades and Uma absolutely carried this movie with how goofy the drama is. And, I wasnt expecting the villain to be who it was. But, oh man these songs are IMO mid.. without Hades and Uma. I also dislike when autotune is used, because its obvious. Hades and Uma are #+ girl bosses ++ who know how to not cause unnecessary drama, and don't need autotune!!
4 Tbh, they're the only reason why I enjoyed the movie, besides the choreography and certain cute scenes…..before the movie went back to being boring. 2 So much so, I almost fell asleep with the pacing!..wondering when the movie would be over. I'm disappointed that this movie could have been better and not have certain actors carry it:/

I'm not a big fan of Disney movies, but this was one of the ones that was an exception for me! I found it enjoyable and cute! I really liked the dynamics of the 'evil group' going off of each other's words, and equally making the plot and interactions with each other more fun! And, the acting was pretty good! Although, I thought the songs were mid, and I personally did think the dialogue was a bit too goofy. But, overall the dialogue was iconic. King Ben was a little bit over the top as well, but that's to be expected as his character was supposed to be 'charming'. And, I couldn't take Aurora seriously either as the 'mean girl'. But again, that's to be expected from the type of character she's supposed to be. Finally, I loved the 'evil group's' redemption at the end, and it made me like their characters more.
Overall, this movie is worth seeing even if you're not a Disney fan or child.
