Probably the coolest movie of the year. Gosling, Brooks and Cranston are all great and Refn's direction is superb.

Blew me away. It was like if De Palma and David Lynch made an 80's chase movie.

More than lived up to the hype. I was left completely spellbound. Has cult classic written all over it.

Just saw this for the first time today and I was so completely mesmerized by it, that I just had to see it again. I did just that and it improved even greater on itself. This is what films should be; great characters and a gripping story along with perfect directing and acting. It really blows that it wasn't nominated for any major Oscars though.

Finally got around to seeing this. Wish I had that time and money back (100 minutes & $1.60).

Wonderful performances all around. Visually stunning with excellent cinematography and stylish color scheme.
And above all, finally an action movie that keeps the pacing on the slow side, just right.

One of the best and most original films in years. Don't go into it expecting something like Fast & The Furious. It's just pure story.

Just finished it. Style to burn, but otherwise, I thought it was merely "okay". For me, nothing in the rest of the film matched the opening getaway scene - which was awesome - so it blew its load in the first ten minutes.

Yeah, I don't think it's 'one of the most amazing movies evar made' either. It's decent, it's enjoyable, but not much more in my eyes.

Believe the hype. It may not be the best film of 2011, but it comes close.
