This is the only M. Night Shyamalan movie that I can stomach. That's because it is his only one where the ending isn't based upon an inexplicable twist. Also the film dealt with the relationship of comic book heroes and villains which gave it more appeal to me.

I only have a couple problems with Unbreakable. 1. The twist ending felt more like a gimmick than something that plays a part in the story. 2. He overuses what makes The Sense Sixth really good (the hints/foreshadowing, the artsy direction, the themes about drama and emotion, etc.). But it does have a good screenplay and great acting by Willis and Jackson!

I have to say, the twist really grows on you after a couple viewings!
