EPIC FLICK. I can't imagine a movie that had such a impact on me,even with all the great movies 2011 gave us. Spielberg n' Jackson did a PERFECT,masterfully done homage to all Hergé's characters n' adventures, giving every wish a Tintin fan could ask for. Best animation i ever saw, easily.

Aside from one truly spectacular single-shot action sequence that would have been completely impossible to do in live action, Tintin didn't "wow" me all that much. Its Spielberg flavor did, however, very much make me want to re-watch the three superior Indiana Jones films...

I was confused by Tintin's alternating focus on realism and then cartoonish actions and movements. I was also lost a little on Tintin's motivations. Nevertheless, I did have fun.
