Garbage. Much worse then the predecessor (Which sure wasn't great, but it's still better then this mess). Horrendous pacing, empty characters, tone deaf, straight up awful comedy and a drag of a plot. Tied with Cruella as the worst of the Dalmatians franchise. 2/10.
