It's a lovely little story but, man, it is boring. Really boring.

I stopped watching it once I figured out the "yellow man" who is supposed to be East Asian is actually a White guy with a rubber-band around the top of his head in order to stretch his facial features upward. And he still did not look Oriental at all. And Griffith made this movie to makeup for the racism found in The Birth of a Nation! Come on man, could he not get an actor that matched the part!
