"If Besson's had a hand in making it, I'll usually enjoy it in one way or another. That was the case with The Transporter. Dumb fun at its finest, if you ask me. Not so much with the District 13 sequel. I don't recall any standout action scenes and it just sort of fizzles out at the end. Pretty disappointing after the first one turned out to be fun."
