I just adore the biting humour in this film - I have never seen a film so darkily comic that I don't feel at all criminal just laughing at it. Deftly explores the hypocrisy of the interaction between social classes, which interacts very well with the humour - meaning you refuse to care very little when seeing the downfall of each member of the D'Ascoyne family.
