Braveheart vs. Napoleon Dynamite

Jeeze if Mel Gibson hadn't revealed himself to be such a whack-job, I'd have voted for Braveheart.

Sweet ride or Mel in woad? Well Braveheart is cheesy, historically inaccurate, and with no shades of gray left between goodies and baddies, but it is uplifting. Mr. Dynamite has a brief moment of uplift, but it threatens to deflate after the film has finished. Got to got with William Wallace.

I don't see why people give Braveheart shit. Don't hate the movie because the actor may have gone a little crazy (see Tom Cruise), but that doesn't mean you cant like a movie he made 15 years ago. I also don't get the bashing of historical inaccuracies. It doesn't claim to be based on a true story. Thats like hating on Die Hard because it never happened. Braveheart is far and away the only choice here.

These are both films I wouldn't put on even if I'd accidentally shredded the rest of my collection.

Dynamite

I'm voting for William Wallace. He's a great warrior in Braveheart.
