Spider-Man 2 was far superior than the original, imo. And Attack of the Clones was a lot of fun. I'll go with Spider-Man 2.

Attack of the Clones.
"The bad sequel" Say whaaat? "Attack of the Clones." Say whaaat?
Spider-Man, Spider-Man, the sequel is good, go with that. (Too lazy to come up with something catchier. Anyway, Attack of the Clones ain't good.)
Remember that very brief, very slight Evil Dead homage early on in Spiderman 2 that kinda hinted that Raimi would let his personality seep into the film a bit? And then he didn't?

Attack of the Clones
Attack of the Clones is a very poor movie, but I've only seen Spider-Man 2 once, and I've seen Attack of the Clones several times (perhaps in an effort to autopsy its awfulness). The guy here does a good job of deconstructing it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfBhi6qqFLA

Attack of the Clones is a very bad CGI Crap movie. So Spider-Man 2 wins this time.
