I absolutely love Spidey 2, I'd take it over the other two LOTR films in fact, but I love Fellowship just a little more.

Spider-Man 2 is still in the top five comic book / adventure movies ever made.
Lord of the Rings is better than any comic book movie so far.

Lord of the Rings is excellent, but too long for normal viewings. Spiderman 2 is not only excellent, but it's also well-paced.
LOTR gets the nod...
"Spider-Man 2 is not only excellent, but it's also well-paced." As well as smart and emotional. Spidey at his best beats most.
LotR beats any MCU period.
