Peeping Tom vs. The Tenant

Two of the creepiest movies you'll ever see. But which is better? Both are textbook examples of great craftsmanship and intellectual thrillers. Both are deep, both are directed by great directors (Polanski and Michael Powell, respectively). I'm going with PEEPING TOM, just because an unspeakable amount of thought was put into every aspect of production.
