3 Amigos for sure. Independence Day was good, but 3 Amigos is laugh central.

Yeah, Three Amigos! is one of the funniest movies ever made. Independence Day doesn't even come close to the same level of entertainment, aside from Bill Pullman's speech. If Independence Day was just two-hours of Pullman speaking inspirationally maybe it would win this. But topping "My Little Buttercup" is no small task.
