Nobody has discussed this yet? That's strange. Anywho, this is the best adventure film ever made versus one of the greatest science fiction flicks to ever hit the screen. I will always love Harrison Ford in whatever he's in. Raiders.

WOW. Who knew making lists of movies on flickchart would be so hard! If it was 2001 vs Temple of Doom I would go with Indiana. If it was 2001 vs The Last Crusade I would go with 2001. But Raiders and 2001 are equal movies IMO. For a tie breaker I am going to use the fact that 2001 is my favorite Kubrick movie while Raiders isnt my favorite Spielberg movie so Ill go with 2001. (By the way Indiana Jones 4 never happened).
Raiders is more my cup of tea. 2001 is too vague, too artsy and too slow for me to enjoy it.

Raiders.
Is this one of those make-a-broad-statement votes or what? Do you want to appear smart or "real" and "down to earth"? Anyway, neither have characters I particularly care about, but that's more of a failing on Raiders' part because it feels like it's supposed to. (As opposed to the more intentionally abstract, impersonal vibe 2001.)
