O Brother, Where Art Thou? vs. Patton

Good matchup. Other than the flag speech and the past-lived speech early on, my favorite parts of Patton are his speech to the ladies' auxiliary Karl Malden's turn as Omar Bradley. O Brother, like many comedies, maybe wears a little thin after a dozen or so viewings, though it is a solid and brilliant movie. I'll go with Patton this time.

Past-lives*, I meant.
