Speed's an all time fav cos of its bare bones plot driven by characters with simple motifvations. THree Kings is laudable as one of the first major efforts of portraying a war Americans are loathe to confront honestly. Quite hard to compare apples and oranges here...

Speed is the action film you never get tired of, the one that holds you on the edge of your seat. It's also packed with that Billy Idol song that sticks to your brain and you never quite get rid of for weeks at a time. And then you have the combined efforts of George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube. No, it's not a perfect film, neither of them are, but its concept is inspiring. Tough choice, but I'll go for Three Kings.

Finally saw "Speed" last night. It was great fun, but predictable. Going with "Three Kings" here for having a bit more going on.
