Wow, this isn't a popular matchup? Return of the Jedi for me, but both films are impressive and classic action films.

Honestly, I'm going with The Avengers. If Empire or the original Star Wars were here, I would chose them though.
I take the controversial decision that Jedi is better than Empire, but I haven't seen any of the original Star Wars in a long time, regardless all Star Wars I would rank higher than the Avengers.

Avengers
Return Of The Jedi is a classic for a reason. The Avengers, well, it won’t hold up after awhile!
Avengers is THE genre classic. Return Of The Jedi is generally thought of as the least of the trilogy. Just because new Stars Wars crapped the bed doesn't mean old Star Wars gets a pass when faced with better films.
