2 films I adore, Will Hunting doesn't have a particularly interesting style, but is a very compelling, touching story. Manhattan is Woody Allen's best movie style/visually wise (I'd say it's his second best overall behind Hannah and her Sisters). So I'd give it to Manhattan for it's cinematic edge.
