The Incredible Hulk is SLAM!
Scream, by far. The12 minute opening is one of the most infamously terrifying intros in film history, and the underlying subtext and smart writing to explain bad cliches has far more impact than Hulk, though it is Marvel Studios "least flawed" film. Scream for the win.
Definitely Scream. The Incredible Hulk is a decent movie but nothing special. Scream is a modern horror classic.

Ghostface for the win! Scream is a classic. The Incredible Hulk was okay, but there are far superior superhero films to see.
