Mickey Rourke is astounding in The Wrestler, but he is simply no match for Guillermo del Toro's finest.

The Wrestler made me cry
Easy. This goes to Pan and Ofelia. The Wrestler is all about an acting performance, and a very good acting performance it is. But it cannot hope to live with the magic, imagination, brutality and sheer brilliance of Pan's Labyrinth. Del Toro takes Aronofsky.
