Another sequel match-up... enjoy when these happen. Gotta go w/Supremacy just for that car chase. But do believe it's better.

50 / 50 one hundred percent. I'll give the nod to Ultimatum because it wrapped up the trilogy so nicely.

Neither of them equal The Bourne Identity, but Ultimatum had better balance.

I prefer both to The Bourne Identity, actually. Supremacy is my favorite. Just.
Actually, the first time I watched Supremacy, the shaky cam made me a little sick. I was glad I hadn't seen it in the theater. But upon a second viewing, I got used to it, and by the time I saw Ultimatum, it didn't bother me at all. Still, Mr. Greengrass, it wouldn't hurt you to use a steady cam every once in a while....

Supremacy, Karl Urban is my favorite villain in the series, I love the scene towards the end where Bourne confesses to the daughter of his victims, Ultimatum was more balanced but I di.dn't love the individual moments as much as I did in Supremacy.

The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy were average action thrillers with a couple spectacular moments. The Bourne Ultimatum, on the other hand, is rarely anything less than brilliant.

@Charyou_Tree: Supremacy and Ultimatum are actually nearly equal in my mind. It's really my fondness for Karl Urban and a really cool car chase that tip the scales for me. I'm not sure why so many believe Ultimatum is THAT much better....

What I liked about the Bourne series is how none of the sequels needed to be made to complete the series. They could have stopped at any time, but the additional movies complete the story. I liked Ultimatum better personally in the way it completed the story.

My personal favorite is Supremacy. Ultimatum was an excellent end to one of my all-time favorite trilogies, but Supremacy had that extra spark.

Well, having watched the Bourne Trilogy for the first time over this weekend, I have to say I have enjoyed them a great deal. Although they aren't as amazing as I had hoped, I would still definitely watch them again, and they probably form one of the best film trilogies I have seen in a while, in that no one of them lets the others down. That said, Supremacy was easily the best of the three, so this is no contest. I am not yet sure whether I prefer Identity or Ultimatum, but Supremacy definitely beats both.
